Hourly rates to hire a roofing expert
Customers come to our roofing company for a variety of roofing services because of the quality of services we provide, but also because our rates are transparent. We provide an upfront price estimate so that our customers aren’t caught out by any unexpected costs.
The cost of roofing services does vary based on the extent of the damage to your roof, and/or the size of the roofing project, so we do not tend to provide general costings. What we can guarantee in terms of cost however, is fair pricing and transparency. So, to ensure that customers are happy with the price of roofing services, we provide an upfront quote.
In order to provide an accurate upfront quote, we need to survey the structure of the home to estimate the duration and extent of roofing services required. This service is usually free of charge, but occasionally, for very large projects, we may need to factor in a survey cost.

No, you do not need to move out when your roof is being replaced. Some people may want to leave when their roof is being replaced, but this is unnecessary. A leak in a roof is not necessarily an indication of a roof that needs replacing, but it is not a good sign. A roof leak will only worsen if not addressed. As a first point of action for a small leak in the roof, you don’t need to completely your roof, but you certainly do need to call a roofing contractor to stop the issue in its tracks and ensure that it won’t become a larger issue in the future.
A roofing contractor may be able to stop the leak in your roof and prevent further damage, then survey the issue and make a recommendation from there. You may find that the leak cannot be repaired by the roofing contractor, and it is at this point you need to replace the roof completely.
